Deepest condolences.

I always felt deepest respect for Dr.Hamlin and her work.

She will be missed and I am sure her legacy will continue forever.

So sorry to hear of Catherine’s passing, my thoughts are with you who loved and worked with her. What an amazing, compassionate woman. The books of Catherine and Reg’s work were inspiring. I will continue to support the organisation so the incredible work of Catherine, Reg and their staff can continue. RIP Catherine.

I am deeply sad to learn of this news today. Dr Hamlin has been a huge life inspiration for me. My condolences to her family, friends and staff. One thing that I learned from Dr Hamlin is that by changing one life at a time we can impact not only individuals but families and entire communities. Thank you Dr Hamlin for your tireless work to restore health and dignity to so many girls and women.

This is very sad news to hear of the passing of Dr. Catherine Hamlin. She was an amazing, kind, giving woman. She and her husband Reg started and created this wonderful hospital where so many Ethiopian women were able to be looked after. 61 years of constant devotion to learning about the Fistula and providing so much joy to the women who had suffered so much. Blessed be Catherine and Reg. RIP

It is with sadness that I hear the news of Catherine’s passing. She was an inspiring and extraordinary woman whose legacy will live on, hopefully, forever. My condolences to her family, friends and her co-workers.

Your selflessness and humbleness are so inspirational. To constantly think of others and immerse yourself where needed exemplifies such a valuable life in the human population and your longevity has been a gift to us all. Thank you and may you rest in peace.

For years I have been in awe of the wonderful humanitarian work Dr Hamlin and her midwives and staff have done for the women of Ethiopia. In my eyes, she is a saint and will be forever remembered with love and admiration.

I first heard of Catherine’s work many years ago and have admired no one more than I admired Catherine Hamlin. What a lucky world we are to have had her in it!
