I am reading about your foundation from the comfort of my home in Australia knowing that I have so many childbirth options, as I prepare to give birth to my second child. Obstetric fistula was a foreign term to me before coming across your website, and yet, for so many of the women in the countries this site mentions, obstetric fistula is scarily commonplace. The strength and resilience these women have is a sight to behold and I was deeply moved by reading some of their stories. Dr. Catherine, you really are a saint for what you have achieved and so many women and families will never forget your incredible work. Thank you so much for everything you have done.
