The Fistula Clinic as it was then known was the first project I was responsible for when I joined World Vision Canada in 1976. Over the next four decades I had occassions to witness both Reginald and Catherine as they ministered to their beautiful patients. They gave them human touch which many had been denied for years. They gave them healing and they gave them hope. Catherine bravely carried on the work after Reginald’s death – motivated by both the great need and God’s continued call on her life. I am one of those blessed to have known this amazing woman and testify to the difference she and her team made in the lives of countless women. Yes Catherine, your legacy and the work lives on. Others have responded to the call to ensure your work continues – like the Fistula Foundation in the US. As God welcomes you home, may He bless those who continue the work you and Reginald began. Thank you Catherine – for a life well lived. Well done – good and faithful servant. Sincerely, Linda Tripp
