Catherine is truly an inspirational woman. I never knew of obstetric fistula until it happened to me. I took such comfort in Catherine Hamlin’s book and all the hard work she’s done for women in need. She gave me hope when I felt truly alone in this world. Reading he words and the wisdoms she shared mended my soul. She is the prime example of compassion, intelligence, grace, and determination. May she rest in peace.
